How many days does it take to cancel a SIP?

SIP cancellations on Torus are processed immediately. Once cancelled, no further deductions will be made for that SIP.

To check the cancellation status:

Go to the Orders page.
Apply the “Cancelled” filter under SIP status.
Use the date range filter to locate the specific cancelled order.
