The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have approved the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended 31st March 2022 The Board of Directors have recommended Dividend @ 10% i.e Rs 1.00 per equity share for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 (FY 2021-22).
