We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. Friday 3rd September 2021 (Commenced at 04.00P.M. and concluded at 4.45 P.M.) has inter alia approved and passed the following resolutions: 1. The Board considered and approved the Directors Report of the Company for the financial Year ended 31st March 2021 along with annexures; 2. The Board recommended the appointment of M/s SRDP & Co. Chartered Accountant (FRN No. 509930C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company in casual Vacancy for the approval from the members. 3. The Board approved the draft notice of 36th Annual General meeting to be held on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 09:00 am at the registered office of the Company. Panafic Industrials Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2021 to September 30, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2021. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 7/9/2021) The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Panafic Industrials Limited (Company') held today i.e. Thursday September 30 2021 at 09.00 A.M. at its Registered Office at 23 IInd Floor North West Avenue Club Road West Punjabi Bagh New Delhi-110026. The meeting was well attended with requisite quorum. The Members of the Company were provided remote e-voting facility which commenced on Monday the September 27 2021 (9:00 A.M.) and ended on Wednesday September 29 2021 (5:00 P.M.) for the resolutions proposed to be transacted at the AGM. Subsequently the facility of voting by poll was also provided to all the shareholders at the AGM who did not exercise their rights of remote e-voting.
