Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17, 2021 to July 20, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for the Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2021 @ Rs.10/- per Equity Share, to be declared at said AGM. Board approved:- 1. recommended the final dividend of Rs. 7/- (70%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
