How to transfer funds to my Torus account using IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS?
You can transfer funds through this option by registering Torus as ‘Payee’ in your bank website. Kindly ensure to transfer funds only from your registered bank account.
Additionally, please note that the bank may impose charges for this transaction. Below are the details required to add Torus as a Payee in your banking app:

To register Torus as a ‘Payee,’ please follow the steps below: Step 1: Log in to your bank's website or app using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Funds Transfer" section.
Step 3: Select "Add Beneficiary."
Step 4: Enter the beneficiary's name, account number, and IFSC code.
Step 5: If needed, choose the account type as "SAVING."
Once Torus has been successfully added to your Payee list, you can proceed with the transfer of requisite amount.
On successful transfer, ensure to take a screenshot of the confirmation page and share the same with us on customercare@torusdigital.com
On verification of receipt of funds at our end, the same shall be added to the limits in your trading account. This may take upto 4 hours (working days)
