Will I receive a physical debit card for SSFB? Is there a separate process for applying for a debit card?

Our partner SSFB being a new-age digital bank provides a digital debit card and can use it online like any other debit cards. This digital debit card is issued immediately once your account is successfully verified and activated. You can access the details by:

Visit the Banking dashboard.
Select the ‘Debit card’ option and you will be able to view your debit card details.
You can set the PIN of your choice by selecting ‘Set PIN’. All you need to do is enter a 4-digit PIN, confirm it and verify it by entering an OTP. Please ensure to enter the correct OTP for the PIN to be set successfully. On entering incorrect OTP multiple times, you may be restricted to create another OTP for 5 minutes. On successful creation of PIN, a message of ‘Pin has been set successfully’ will be displayed.

What else! You can set your own Transaction limits or Block your card for security reasons by simply clicking on the ‘Card Settings’ option and selecting the appropriate tab.
If you choose to have a physical debit card, don’t worry, we offer that as well. All you need to do is:

Visit the Banking dashboard
Select the ‘Debit card’ tab
Select ‘Card Settings’ tab
Select ‘Order a Physical Card’ tab.

The card will get delivered to your registered address within 7 – 10 working days. Kindly note that this is the processing time to generate a physical card and dispatch it you through courier.
