How long does it take to open a 3 in 1 account?
The 3 in 1 account opening process is easy and completely digital making it quick & convenient for our users. In this journey, a bank, demat and trading account will be opened for you.
Bank account:
Once you have filled in your details in the app and completed the Video KYC, you bank account will be activated within 2 working days.
Demat & Trading account: If your KYC (Know Your Customer) details are already with KRA (KYC Registration Agency):
If your KYC details are not with KRA:
How will I be informed about the account opening & what documents will I receive?
Bank account:
Once you have filled in your details in the app and completed the Video KYC, you bank account will be activated within 2 working days.
Demat & Trading account: If your KYC (Know Your Customer) details are already with KRA (KYC Registration Agency):
- Your account will be ready within 24 hours.
- You will receive an email once it's activated.
If your KYC details are not with KRA:
- It will take about 48 hours (2 working days).
- First, we will send your details to CDSL (Central Depository Services Limited) to activate your Demat account .
- Then, we will send your details to the exchange. Once the exchange confirms, we will email you to let you know your account is ready.
