How will I be informed about the account opening & what documents will I receive?

On completing the Onboarding journey and successful Video KYC verification, your account will be opened in 2 working days. You shall receive email communication on your registered email address from SSFB as well as Torus Digital.

Kindly note, a Virtual Debit card (RuPay card) shall be issued to you. You may choose to request for a physical debit card.
