What should I do if I don’t receive an OTP while resetting my debit card PIN?

If you are not receiving an OTP, please follow these steps:
  1. Check if your registered mobile number is active. Ensure that your phone has network coverage and is able to receive messages.
  2. Check your SMS SPAM folder. Sometimes, OTP messages may be marked as spam or filtered into a different folder.
  3. If you still don’t receive an OTP, contact Suryoday Small Finance Bank customer care. Since the OTP is generated and sent by the bank, they will be able to assist you.
