How can I block my debit card in the Torus App?

If you need to block your debit card for security or other reasons, please follow these steps:

Step 1 : Log in to your Banking Dashboard through the Torus Digital App .
Step 2 : Go to the 'Debit Card' section.
Step 3 : Select the 'Block' option to permanently block your debit card.

Important : Once blocked, your card cannot be reactivated. You will need to apply for a new one if needed.
