How can I release / unblock Funds?
You will continue to earn interest on such blocked amount if it has not been utilized for trading purposes i.e. margin has been unutilized for placing orders. In the event you wish to transfer or withdraw these funds, you will need to ‘Release’ these funds. To release your funds, please follow these steps:
Please note: If there are any open positions or settlement obligations, funds will be released by the end of the day for fund release requests made between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. For requests made after 4:00 PM, the funds will be unblocked by end of the next business day.
- Go to the NAM (Net Available Margin) screen.
- Tap on "Withdraw Funds."
- Confirm the withdrawal based on the available amount showing under "Available to Withdraw."
- A confirmation message will appear once the withdrawal is successful.
