We have to inform you that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the company has been fixed on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. at Hotel Rainbow Towers, Shamshabad Airport Zone, 1,8-27/2, International Airport Road Opposite, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 501 218. We have also to inform that the Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the company Remain closed from September 24, 2022 to September 30, 2022 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
