Metroglobal Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed September 17, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Dividend. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing and Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 please find enclosed herewith 29th Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21 along with Director's Report, Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) and Notice to Shareholders for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conference ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OVAM') facility. The same is also available on the Company's website at www.metrogloballimited.com. The company has fixed Friday, September 17, 2021 as 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members for receiving Dividend@ 20% i.e.Rs.2/- per equity share of having face value of Rs. 10/- (fully paid up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, if approved at the AGM. The dividend will be paid within ten days from the conclusion of the AGM, to the members whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members on the Record date through electronic/other modes as applicable. Notice is further given that the pursuant to Section 91 of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday September 20, 2021 to Tuesday, September 28, 2021 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th AGM for Financial Year 2020-21.
