this is to inform that, at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Megapacific Ventures Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Megastar Foods Limited, held on Monday, 23rd November, 2020, the Members approved the sale of Capital Assets of the company that majorly comprise of Land and Building under construction located at Hansa Industrial Park, Derabassi- Barwala Road, Village Rampur Sainian, Teh.: Derabassi, Distt.: SAS Nagar, Punjab- 140507. The aforesaid assets are being disposed off in view of the decision of the Board of Directors to shelve the proposed project by the wholly owned subsidiary company, which was in the initial stages of its implementation. The aforesaid assets are expected to realise an amount of Rs. 2.93 Crores (approx.) against the spent sum of Rs 2.88 Crores by the company.
