(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 05.09.2022) This is to inform you that the 71st Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Evans Electric Limited was held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), without the physical presence of the Shareholders at a common venue. The meeting concluded at 03:15 P.M. (IST).
