Consideration and Approval of Directors Report, Management DiscussiOn and Analysis Report, Corporate Governance Report for the financial year ended Marcb 31, 2022. 2. Appointment of Mis. Rishi Sekbri & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.eJ. September 30,2022 till the conclusion of the 41th Annual General Meeting subject to approval of the Members in ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3.
