With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the Register of Members shall be closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021.
