EGM 14/04/2022 The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved convening an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the member of the Company on 14th April, 2022 to approve the Shifting of The Registered Office Of The Company From One Jurisdiction Of ROC To Another Jurisdiction Of ROC Within The State Of Maharashtra and other matters thereon. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 16.03.2022) EGM 14/04/2022 (As Per BSE Bulletin Dated on 25.03.2022) The Board of Directors of the Company has passed a resolution on 16th March, 2022, , considered and approved convening an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the member of the Company on April 14, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. The copy of the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting is enclosed herewith.
