The Meeting commenced 03.21 pm and concluded at 03.41 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Video Mode (OAVM) provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The voting has been done by remote e-voting and through e-voting during the Meeting. The results of the voting will be sent as soon as we receive reports from Scrutinizer appointed for the purpose.
