AGM 29/09/2022 Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 23th September, 2022 to Thursday, 29th September, 2022 (Both days inclusive)for the purpose of 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022.
