The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 24th September, 2022 to Friday 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. 3. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we have provided the facility to vote by electronic means (e-voting) on all resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM to those members, who are holding shares either in physical or in electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. 23rd September, 2022. The Remote e-voting will commence at 09.00 A.M. on Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 and shall end at 05.00 P.M. on Thursday 29th September, 2022.
