The company is primarily dependent upon few key suppliers for procurement of raw materials & other items. Any disruption in the supply of the raw materials & other items could have a material adverse effect on its business operations. Further, any failures by the Company's suppliers to provide raw materials & other items to it on time or at all, or as per its specifications and quality standards could have an adverse impact on the Company's ability to meet its manufacturing and delivery schedules.

The majority of the Company's product sales (Domestic) is concentrated in the region namely, Gujarat. For the period ended for March 31, 2025 and for Fiscal 2024 and 2023. The Company's revenue from sale of products in Gujarat accounted for 12.92%, 9.27% and 24.31%, respectively, from total revenue arises from domestic market, respectively any adverse developments affecting operations in this region could have an adverse impact on its business, financial condition, results of operations and cash flows.

The Company is subject to export obligations under the EPCG Scheme Non-fulfilment of such obligations may lead to financial liabilities.

The company generate its major portion of sales from the Company's operations by export in foreign countries and any adverse developments affecting its operations in these Countries could have an adverse impact on the Company's revenue and results of operations.
