We derive a significant portion of our revenue from certain key and long-standing customers, and we do not have long-term contracts with all of them. Also, some portion of our revenue as per contracted price, net of returns has been derived from customers with whom we have short-term business relationships. Any reduction in business from such customers, or termination of arrangements, may adversely affect our business, cash flow, financial condition and results of operations.

Our operations are concentrated primarily in the state of Delhi, and any disruption in these markets could materially affect our business, financial condition, and results of operations.

Any variation in the utilization of the Net Proceeds through fresh issue of equity shares ("Net Proceeds") as disclosed in this Draft Red Herring Prospectus shall be subject to certain compliance requirements, including prior approval from Shareholders.

Our Company was incorporated in the year 1992 and some of our corporate records, including some regulatory and statutory Forms have not been filed and delayed filed with Registrar of Companies.
