Why am I unable to use the banking facilities through the application?

Once you have entered your details in the application during the banking onboarding journey, your SSFB Limited bank account is opened instantly. However, to access the banking facilities, you must complete the VKYC process.

If the VKYC process is not completed, your banking facilities will remain restricted. Once the VKYC is successfully completed and your account is converted into a full banking account, you will be able to use all banking facilities without any restrictions.
