How long does it take to open an account?

The 3 in 1 account opening process is easy and completely digital making it quick & convenient for our users. In this journey, a bank, demat and trading account will be opened for you.

Bank account:
Once you have filled in your details in the app the SSFB bank account with Limited benefits is opened instantly. You will be prompted to initiate a Video KYC to avail the benefits of a Full Access account. On successful verification, your bank account will be activated in 2 working days.

If your KYC (Know Your Customer) details are already with KRA (KYC Registration Agency):

Your account will be ready within 24 hours.
You will receive an email once it's activated.

If your KYC details are not with KRA:

It will take about 48 hours (2 working days).
First, we will send your details to CDSL (Central Depository Services Limited) to activate your demat account .
Then, we will send your details to the exchange. Once the exchange confirms, we will email you to let you know your account is ready.
