The average monthly balance (AMB) must be maintained for at least 30 days from account activation for reward eligibility.
The user will receive ₹50 in their wallet upon successfully opening a savings bank account.
The user will receive ₹200 in their wallet upon maintaining AMB of ₹10,000 in their savings bank account
The reward money will be credited to the registered customer's Torus wallet by Torus Digital Pvt. Ltd.
Customers can withdraw money from their wallet when the amount is greater than or equal to ₹500.
The accumulated wallet balance will expire within 365 days from the credit date on a rolling basis.
The referrer will receive ₹250 credited to their Torus wallet only upon the successful account opening by the referee.

A referrer is an existing client of Torus Digital who invites friends, family or acquaintances to open their 3-in-1 Savings & Investment Account.

3. How to open Torus Digital Account?

Step 1:Register using your mobile no. and email ID on Torus Digital App
Step 2:Open your Savings Account with Aadhaar card.
Step 3:Open your Investment Account (Trading and Demat) using your Aadhaar and Pan number.

4. Where can I find my referral code?

You can find your referral code in the ‘Referrals & Rewards’ section of the Torus Digital App. From there, you can easily share your unique referral link with your friends and family.

5. How much money will I receive upon account opening?

You will receive a reward of ₹50 upon the successful activation of your Torus Digital Savings Bank account, powered by SSFB Ltd, as part of the 3-in1 Savings & Investment account opening journey.

6. How can I earn money by adding funds to my account?

You can earn an up to ₹200 in your Torus wallet when you maintain an average balance of more than ₹10,000 in your account within the first 30 days of your account activation.
The fund amount will be evaluated 30 days after the account is opened, and rewards will be credited based on the average balance maintained during that period.

7. How can I withdraw or redeem my rewards?

You can transfer rewards from your Torus wallet to your registered bank account anytime using UPI or a bank transfer or use the money directly from your wallet across Torus marketplace.

8. How can I refer someone to Torus?

You can easily refer your friends and family by sharing your referral code and link through WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other social media platform.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the "Referrals & Rewards" section in your Torus Digital App to share your unique referral code and link directly with your friends and family.

9. What do I gain as a referrer?

You will earn ₹250 for each successful referral. This amount will be created credited to your Torus wallet once your referral has opened our 3-in-1 Savings & Investment Account with Torus Digital.

10. What benefits does the referee receive?

The referee will receive ₹50 as a welcome bonus on the successful opening of their Torus Digital Savings Bank account, powered by SSFB Ltd, as part of our 3-in-1 Savings & Investment account opening journey.

You can refer as many people as you want and earn referrer benefits. There are no restrictions or limits on the refer and earn offer.

The welcome offer is available to all new and prospective customers who open the All-in-One Torus Digital Savings Bank account, powered by SSFB Ltd, as part of their 3-in1 Savings & Investment account opening journey.

No, this program is exclusively available for Torus Digital customers. To qualify for the offer, you must have an existing account or have recently opened a new one with Torus Digital.

14. What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when the referred individual opens an account by clicking on the unique referral link provided by you.
If they open the account independently without using the link, you will not be eligible for the reward. Additionally, the referee should not have previously registered with Torus Digital.

15. When and how will I receive my rewards?

Your reward money will be credited to your Torus wallet within 7 days of completing each stage of the process.

16. Why didn't I receive a reward even though my referee opened an account?

To ensure you receive your reward, it's essential that your referee opens their account by clicking on the unique referral link you provided. If they create an account without using that link, then you will not be eligible for the reward.
