Demand was led by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), who subscribed 35.48 times their allocation. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) followed closely with 35.35 times subscription, while the Retail Investor portion was subscribed 8.71 times.
IPO Details
Jaro Institute IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.9 million equity shares worth ₹170 crore, along with an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 3.1 million shares valued at ₹280 crore. The price band was set at ₹846–₹890 per share, with investors allowed to bid in lots of 16 shares. The subscription window remained open from September 23 to September 25, 2025, and allotments were finalised on September 26, 2025. No funds from the offer-for-sale (OFS) portion will accrue to the company.
Use of Proceeds
The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for marketing, brand building, and advertising activities, repayment or prepayment of debt, and general corporate purposes.
