In L&T Q4 results, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹6,133.4 crore, beating market expectations of ₹4,842 crore. The numbers improved significantly by a 23% year-on-year (YoY) rise from ₹5,003.5 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
For the final quarter of FY25, L&T Ltd recorded a YoY growth of 11% in its revenue from operations, reaching ₹74,392.3 crore. This figure was ₹67,078.7 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Dividend and Record Date Announced in Q4 L&T results 2025
The Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹34 per share (with a face value of ₹2 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This represents an increase from the previous year’s final dividend of ₹28 per share.

- Infrastructure Projects Segment
The Infrastructure Projects segment reported ₹1.73 lakh crore in FY’25 order inflow (21% YoY growth), with 61% from international markets.
Revenue rose 15% YoY to ₹1.3 lakh crore. Q4 order inflow was ₹34,580 crore, and EBITDA margin improved to 6.4% from 6.2% due to cost savings.
- Energy Projects Segment
The Energy Projects segment secured ₹87,569 crore in FY’25 orders (19% YoY growth), with 60% from international markets. Revenue grew 38% to ₹40,668 crore.
Q4 order inflow surged over 100% YoY due to a major Qatar order. EBITDA margin declined to 8.4% from 10% due to early execution stages.
- Hi-Tech Manufacturing Segment
The segment secured ₹18,282 crore in FY’25 orders, up 28% YoY, driven by key wins in Precision Engineering & Systems and Heavy Engineering; exports made up 21%. Revenue rose 18% to ₹9,695 crore.
Q4 revenue grew 36% YoY. EBITDA margin improved to 17.3% from 16.3% due to a better job mix.
- IT & Technology Services (IT&TS) Segment
The segment posted ₹47,845 crore in FY’25 revenue, up 8% YoY, with 92% from international billing. Q4 revenue rose 11% YoY to ₹12,481 crore, with 91% from overseas.
EBITDA margin declined to 19.5% from 20.4% due to reduced operating leverage amid subdued global IT and tech spending.
- Financial Services Segment
In L&T results, this segment reported ₹15,194 crore income in FY’25, up 16% YoY, driven by strong growth in retail disbursements. Q4 income rose 6% YoY to ₹3,812 crore.
The loan book grew 14% to ₹97,762 crore, with retail loans forming 97%. PBT increased to ₹3,491 crore from ₹3,028 crore due to higher retail lending.
- Development Projects Segment
In the L&T latest results, this segment reported ₹5,371 crore in revenue for FY’25, down 4% YoY, due to a high base from a prior commercial property monetisation. Q4 revenue declined 2% YoY to ₹1,227 crore.
EBIT fell 25% YoY to ₹757 crore, mainly due to a change in revenue mix from the Hyderabad Metro SPV.
- “Others” Segments
The “Others” segment posted ₹7,065 crore in FY’25 revenue, down 7% YoY, mainly due to fewer residential unit handovers in Realty.
Exports, driven by Industrial Valves, contributed 12%. Q4 revenue rose 4% YoY to ₹2,369 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 29.2% from 21.2% due to a favourable sales mix in Realty.
