AGM 27/09/2021 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we enclose herewith the copies of newspaper advertisements published today i.e. September 3, 2021 in Free Press Journal and Navshakti newspaper, inter-alia. informing, the shareholders and general public about the following: - 34th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through VC/OAVM facility without physical presence of Members at common venue and all information related and incidental thereto; and - Matters as provided under applicable circulars issued by the MCA and the SEBI in this regard. Accordingly pursuant to regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we enclose herewith proceedings of the 34th AGM of the Company as Annexure A.
