To issue Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 to be held on 29th September 2021 as well as intimation of book closure for the same. 2. The company has reconsidered the decision of recommendation of Dividend and it was decided to conserve the cash for conducting its business operations smoothly as far as may be given the uncertainties associated with the covid-19 pandemic.
