AGM 27/09/2021 As per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations enclosed herewith the proceedings of 36th Annual General Meeting which was held on 27th September 2021 at 3.30p.m (IST) through Video conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means(OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Companys 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 27th September 2021 at 03:30 p.m. (IST) through video conferencing / other audio visual means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI. In terms of the provisions of the Act and Rules made thereunder and provisions of Listing Regulations the Company had provided remote e-voting facility and e-voting facility at the AGM.
