AGM 21/09/2022 Outcome of Board Meeting held today i.e. on 10th August, 2022 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 10.08.2022) Pursuant to Regulation 42 & 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we enclosed herewith a copy of the Notice published in the newspapers i.e. Navshakti (Marathi) and The Free Press Journal (English) pertaining to completion of dispatch of 36th Annual General Meeting Notice along with details of Book Closure & E-Voting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/08/2022) This is with reference to our letter dated 26th August, 2022 wherein the Company had informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company shall be held on 21st September, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at The Mysore Association, Bombay, 393, Bhaudaji Road, Matunga, Mumbai - 400 019. As per the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, Listing Regulations and the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Company had provided remote e-voting facility to its Shareholders for voting on the businesses transacted at the AGM. Further, the facility to vote on resolutions through ballot papers at the meeting was made available to the members who participated in the meeting and had not cast their votes through remote e-voting.
