Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI this is to inform you that the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 1:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) . The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25th 2021 to September 30th 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. Notice is also given that the cut-off date to ascertain the eligibility of Members to cast their vote is 24th September 2021. During the e-voting period (i.e. 27th September 2021 to 29th September 2021) shareholders of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on the cut-off date (record date) may cast their vote electronically.
