This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday, 29th April, 2023 (i.e., today) inter alia has considered and approved the following items: Notice of 06th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company wherein date of the AGM has been decided as on Monday, 12th of June 2023 at 12:30 P.M. The above matters have been duly approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M. This is to inform that the 06th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Monday, 12th June 2023 at 12:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the registered office of the Company at Cabin No. - 10, 5th Floor, IndiQube Penta, New No. 51, (Old No.14) Richmond Road, Bangalore - 560025, Karnataka, India. The Company has fixed Friday, 02nd June 2023, as the cut - off date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders to cast their votes. The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (''EGM'') of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23rd March, 2023 at 12.00 P.M.
