AGM 27/09/2021 Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On 28th August, 2021 1. Notice for Calling 32nd Annual General Meeting on 27 September 2021 including special business. 2. Appointment of Mr. S K Jain, Practicing Company Secretary at Mumbai as Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting. 3.Book Closure for the purpose of Annual General Meeting is from 21/09/2021 to 27/09/2021 (Both the days inclusive). In reference to the same, a corrigendum to the Notice of 32nd AGM ('Corrigendum') specifying revised relevant date (Friday August 27,2021) was published on September 15, 2021 in the same newspapers in which the intimation of the AGM was published, i.e Business Standard, an English national daily newspaper with wide circulation and Utkal Mail- Odia Daily, a regional language daily with circulation in the district in which the registered office of the Company is situated. The Corrigendum is being sent only to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories and is also available on the Company's website at www.bloom-industries.com. The Corrigendum should be read along with the original Notice of 32nd AGM dated August 28, 2021. Newspaper clippings of Corrigendum published in newspaper is enclosed. The meeting started at 11.00 a.m. The Meeting was conducted in accordance with the Applicable Circulars and other social distancing norms in view of the out break of COVID-19 pandemic.
