Initial public offer of upto 32,500,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Wapcos Limited ("The Company") through an offer for sale by the president of india, acting through the ministry of jal shakti, Government of India (the "Selling Shareholder") for cash at a price* of Rs. [*] per equity share (incluidng a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) (the "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (the "Offer"). Subject to receipt of necessary approvals from the government of india ("GOI"), up to [*] equity shares may be reserved for eligible employees (defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less employee reservation portion (if any) is referred to as the net offer. The offer will comprise a net offer of up to [*] equity shares and the employee reservation portion of up to [*] equity shares. The employee reservation portion, if any, shall not exceed 5.00% of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
