Initial public offer of 54,36,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Solar91 Cleantech Limited ("Solar91" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("The Offer"). Out of the issue 3,04,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 51,31,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each at an issue price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.
