Initial public offering of [*] Equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of SMPP Limited (The "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share including a securities premium of [*] per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 4000.00 crores (the "Offer"). The offer comprises a fresh issue of [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 by the company aggregating up to Rs. 580.00 crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each aggregating up to Rs. 3420.00 crores by Shiv Chand Kansal (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder"). The offer includes a reservation of [*] equity shares of face value ofRs. 2 each, aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post offer paidup equity share capital of the company for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion").
