We own and operate a network of 34 hotels and resorts across India, comprising 2,723 rooms. Our portfolio includes seven (7) owned properties with 1,136 rooms and 27 managed properties with 1,587 rooms. We began operations in 1987 with our first hotel in Pune and have since expanded through acquisitions and developments in cities including Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Nagpur, and Bengaluru. In 2008, we adopted an assetlight model through management contracts. Our operations are structured under four sub-brands: Pride Plaza, positioned in the upscale hotel segment; Pride Premier, positioned in the upper midscale segment; Pride Elite and Biznotel by Pride, positioned in the midscale segment. Our hotels are spread across business, leisure, and pilgrimage destinations, allowing us to serve a diverse base of domestic and inbound travelers.
