[*]/- crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 10,91,200 equity shares comprising of upto 5,45,600 equity shares by Hemanshu Shah and upto 5,45,600 equity shares by Bhavesh Mahendrakumar Shah ("the Promoter Group Selling Shareholders" or "the Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs.
