We may be unable to accurately estimate costs under fixed-price EPC contracts, fail to maintain the quality and performance guarantees under our EPC contracts, we may experience delays in completing the construction of solar power projects, which may increase our construction costs and working capital requirements and thus may have a material adverse effect on our financial condition, cash flow and results of operations.

Any restrictions in supply or failure of supply or defects in quality could cause delays in project construction or implementation and impair our ability to provide our services to customers at a price that is profitable to us which could have a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition and results of operation.

Our business is driven by a mix of revenue from residential projects and commercial and industrial projects and trading.

We rely on third parties, including for equipment and contract labour agencies, to complete our projects and any failure arising from non-performance, delayed performance or inadequate quality in the performance of work by such third parties, or a failure by third-party contract labour agencies to comply with applicable laws, to obtain the necessary approvals, or provide services on agreed terms, could adversely affect our business, financial condition, results of operations and cash flows.
