What is ChartXpress?

ChartXpress is Torus Digital’s ultrafast, mobile first interface for options scalpers. A live chart and strike ladder share one screen so a single swipe-up to buy, down to sell, left or right to exit or modify-executes your trade instantly. Built for active intraday option traders, it removes friction with an inline lot selector, a mini chart slider for setting limits, stop losses, and targets, and a tick by tick feed with. It currently supports NSE and BSE index options, with stock options and futures coming soon.

What is Scalping?

Scalping is a hyper short term trading style where positions are held only for seconds or a few minutes, just long enough to clip tiny price moves (often 0.1–0.3 %) before momentum stalls. In index options this usually means capturing small premiums. A scalper may place dozens of trades in one session, aiming for a high hit rate, rigid tick level stop losses, and near instant execution to dodge slippage. The edge rests on speed, discipline, and compounding many small, low volatility gains while cutting losses immediately.

How is ChartXpress different from TradingView charts?

TradingView is primarily a charting and analysis platform, while ChartXpress is an execution-first interface purpose built for rapid options scalping. ChartXpress layers a strike ladder and swipe based order controls directly onto a live price chart, letting you enter, modify, or exit a trade without leaving the screen. It streams ultra low latency tick data and shows realtime margin impact as you adjust lots. TradingView, by contrast, focuses on multi asset technical analysis with hundreds of indicators and drawing tools; placing an order still depends on a separate screen. In short: ChartXpress prioritises speed and single screen execution, whereas TradingView excels at deep chart study. How do I place a trade, select an index, and change expiry?

Select Index: Tap the index name at the top left to open the list of available indices. Choose Nifty, BankNifty, or any other supported index.

Select Expiry: Tap the date shown next to the index name to open the expiry picker and choose the weekly or monthly contract you want.

Place Trade: Swipe on the chart to bring up the trade pad. Swipe up to buy or down to sell. Drag left or right to adjust limit price or stop loss, then release. Tap once to confirm and send the order.
