In Rolta India\u2019s Q4 results 2025, the auditors issued an adverse opinion stating the financials do not present a true and fair view due to multiple critical accounting irregularities. Moreover, Rolta India has been under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since 19 January 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, bondholders invoked corporate guarantees of \u20b96,268.80 crore, but the company has not recognised this liability in the books due to the ongoing CIRP.
