On the BSE, the stock began trading at \u20b9560, marking a 2.95% decline. The company aimed to raise \u20b9877.50 crore, comprising:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fresh issue:<\/strong> 6 million equity shares totalling \u20b9345 crore<\/li>\n<li><strong>Offer for sale (OFS):<\/strong>2 million shares valued at \u20b9532.50 crore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the offer documents, proceeds from the fresh issue will be allocated towards cloud infrastructure expenses, product R&amp;D, the purchase of computer systems for business operations, and supporting inorganic expansion.
