Revenue from operations surged 17.8% YoY to \u20b94,966 crore, compared with \u20b94,214 crore in Q2 FY25, supported by strong performances in tea, salt, and packaged foods.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Revenue_and_Profit_Highlights\"><\/span><strong>Revenue and Profit Highlights<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tata Consumer\u2019s total income for the quarter stood at \u20b95,003 crore, rising 17.45% YoY from \u20b94,260 crore last year. Consolidated EBITDA grew 7.3% YoY to \u20b9672 crore, outperforming market expectations. Although the EBITDA margin narrowed by 140 basis points to 13.5% from 14.9% a year ago, it remained above the estimated figure of 13.2%, reflecting efficient cost management and steady operational performance.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"India_Business_Strong_Double-Digit_Growth_in_Tea_and_Salt\"><\/span><strong>India Business: Strong Double-Digit Growth in Tea and Salt<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The company\u2019s India-branded business continued its robust momentum, recording \u20b93,122 crore in revenue, up from \u20b92,655 crore in the year-ago quarter. Total branded business revenue stood at \u20b94,410 crore, up from \u20b93,771 crore in Q2 FY25, while the non-branded business contributed \u20b9590 crore, compared with \u20b9462 crore in the previous year.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Innovation_Expansion_and_Future_Focus\"><\/span><strong>Innovation, Expansion, and Future Focus<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>During the quarter, TCPL accelerated its innovation strategy, launching 25 new products across various categories to meet evolving consumer preferences in health, wellness, and convenience. The ready-to-drink (RTD) segment also maintained solid growth, despite unfavourable weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Tata Starbucks, a joint venture between Tata Consumer Products and Starbucks Corporation, also expanded its footprint during the quarter, adding new store formats across metros and smaller cities.
