TVS Motor Company<\/a>, one of India\u2019s leading two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers, reported a stellar performance for the second quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26) on October 28, 2025. The Chennai-based automaker achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales, revenue, and profit, driven by strong demand across domestic and international markets, along with a robust product lineup expansion.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Financial Highlights<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

TVS Motor\u2019s consolidated net profit soared 41.6% year-on-year (YoY) to \u20b9833 crore, compared with \u20b9588 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. On a standalone basis, the company reported a 36.6% increase in net profit to \u20b9906 crore, against \u20b9663 crore in Q2 FY25.<\/p>\n

Revenue from operations climbed 25.5% YoY to \u20b914,051 crore, up from \u20b911,197 crore in the same period last year. At the operating level, EBITDA rose 40% YoY to \u20b91,509 crore, compared to \u20b91,080 crore in Q2 FY25. The EBITDA margin improved by 100 basis points to 12.7%, reflecting operational efficiency and better product mix despite higher input costs.<\/p>\n

For the half-year ended September 2025, total revenue stood at \u20b921,986 crore, marking a 25% YoY rise, while profit before tax (PBT) jumped 36% to \u20b92,279 crore, up from \u20b91,680 crore in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Record Sales Performance<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales, with total two-wheeler and three-wheeler volumes, including exports, rising 23% YoY to 15.07 lakh units, compared with 12.28 lakh units a year ago.<\/p>\n
