However, revenue from operations saw an 11% YoY increase, rising to \u20b95,643 crore from \u20b95,074.76 crore a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>Despite higher input costs and a marginal contraction in operating margins, Nestl\u00e9 India maintained a steady growth trajectory supported by strong domestic demand and strategic product expansion across categories.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Robust_Domestic_Sales_and_Segment_Performance\"><\/span><strong>Robust Domestic Sales and Segment Performance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 India recorded its highest-ever domestic sales in any quarter, reaching \u20b95,411 crore, up 10.8% YoY. According to Chairman and Managing Director Manish Tiwary, this performance was \u201cled by volume growth across key product segments,\u201d with three out of four product groups registering strong double-digit expansion.<\/p>\n<p>The company also witnessed an exports surge of 14.4%, contributing \u20b9219.21 crore to total revenue, driven by rising global demand for MAGGI noodles, NESCAF\u00c9, tie-ins and portfolio innovations fuelled broad-based growth across categories, further solidifying Nestl\u00e9 India\u2019s retail footprint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Out-of-Home (OOH):<\/strong> The brand expanded its innovation footprint by launching the \u2018MADE WITH KITKAT\u2019 range in collaboration with chefs and dessert chains, enhancing its presence in newer consumption occasions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exports:<\/strong> Nestl\u00e9 expanded its international offerings by introducing NESCAF\u00c9 Sunrise in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and New Zealand, while also rolling out MILKMAID Doypack in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Financial_and_Operational_Metrics\"><\/span><strong>Financial and Operational Metrics<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 India\u2019s EBITDA for Q2 FY26 stood at \u20b91,237 crore, up 6% year-on-year, while the EBITDA margin contracted slightly to 21.9%, compared to 22.8% in the same period last year.<\/p>\n<p>Total expenses rose 12.9% to \u20b94,616.73 crore, reflecting continued inflationary pressures on input materials, especially in edible oils and packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, management remains optimistic about cost stabilisation in the coming quarters, citing an expected softening of milk and coffee prices post the festive season and a more balanced global supply-demand outlook for cocoa.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Management_Commentary_and_Market_Outlook\"><\/span><strong>Management Commentary and Market double-digit rate, led by volume performance.\u201d He also noted that Nestl\u00e9 India continues to work closely with distributors and retailers to pass on the benefits of recent GST amendments,
