The offering consisted of a fresh issue of \u20b9400 crore and an offer-for-sale of \u20b964.26 crore. Ahead of the public issue, GK Energy raised \u20b9139 crore from anchor investors, including Pinebridge and Prashant Jain\u2019s 3P India Equity Fund.
