On 5 August 2025, <\/span>Laxmi India Finance shares<\/span><\/a> began trading on the stock exchanges, with its BSE debut at \u20b9136 \u2014 a decline of 14% from its IPO price of \u20b9158. The shares were listed on the NSE at \u20b9137.52, representing a decline of nearly 13% from the issue price.<\/span><\/p>\n

Laxmi India Finance\u2019s IPO consisted of two parts: a fresh allotment of 1.05 crore equity shares valued at \u20b9165.17 crore, and an offer-for-sale of 0.56 crore shares totalling \u20b989.09 crore. The offering aimed to raise \u20b9254.26 crore, with shares priced in the range of \u20b9150 to \u20b9158 each.<\/span><\/p>\n

The issue remained open for bidding from 29 July to 31 July 2025. The IPO was subscribed 1.86 times in total, with retail participants contributing significantly by applying for 2.20 times the shares reserved for them. Prior to the subscription period, the company raised \u20b975.51 crore through the anchor book from 11 institutional investors.<\/span><\/p>\n
